How do I know you have received my order?

We send you an email confirmation of your order as soon as your payment has been approved.

Are Returns Free?

At the moment we do not currently provide pre-paid returns labels.

I need to return my order.

We can accept returns for orders within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

Frostfire accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We currently offer discounts for all Blue Light card holders. To qualify for the discount you must email proof of your ID to help@frostfire.co.uk
