Returns & Exchanges

 We can offer a refund or exchange on items that are returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in a clean and unused condition, in the original packaging and have all of the tags intact. Proof of purchase must be available for us to process a refund. Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.

Any items received in non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

If you have received an Reincoat as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state this clearly when returning.

Returns are processed within 5 working days of parcels arriving at our warehouse and refunds/exchanges will be processed shortly after. 

Please note that you are responsible for the returned items until they arrive back to our warehouse. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and tracking on all returned parcels as we are unable to help with items that are lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please contact us immediately at so that we can investigate this further. For items deemed as faulty a prepaid return label will be sent. Faulty Items will need to be inspected by our team before a replacement can be sent. Please do not send back faulty items without prior agreement. If you have purchased items from one of our stockists you will need to deal with them directly.

Items purchased from our retailers

If you have purchased items from one of our stockists you will need to deal with them directly. Unfortunately we are unable to offer direct refunds or exchanges on items purchased from any of our retailers.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us on
