HOW WATERPROOF IS THE MOONWRAP?
Moonwrap is guaranteed to be 100% waterproof. We use military grade polyester with a hydrostatic rating of 20,000.
All our seams are taped and all zips are covered. We also use a rain peak and adjustable cuffs to keep the water out.
WHAT IS A 20,000 WATERPROOF RATING?
The rating you see on fabrics and gear, such as "20,000mm," refers to the material's "hydrostatic head." This measurement indicates how waterproof the fabric is. During testing, a piece of the fabric is laid flat, and a one-inch diameter tube is placed upright on top. Water is gradually added to the tube, increasing both its weight and the pressure on the fabric. A 20,000mm rating means the fabric can withstand a column of water 20,000mm tall without leaking. The Catchdry coat excels in this test, offering exceptional waterproofing while remaining lightweight and packable. It’s designed to handle heavy storms, keeping you dry and comfortable.

Yes the Moonwrap is very breathable and has a high rating of 10,000g/m².
IS THE MOONWRAP WARM?
Yes the Moonwrap is designed to be exceptionally warm. We uses the highest quality Shantoosh fleece for warmth and a microfibre fleece around the neck for maximum comfort.
WHAT IS THE Moonwrap MADE OF?
The Moonwrap exterior is crafted from 100% polyester ripstop fabric, delivering exceptional durability and reliable waterproof protection. The inside uses a premium Shantoosh fleece for maximum warmth.
WHAT DOES THE 2.5 LAYER FEATURE MEAN?
The 2.5-layer feature refers to the construction of the coat. The first layer is a durable outer fabric. The second layer is a waterproof coating applied to the inside of the outer layer. The "half" layer is a protective layer that's sprayed on, enhancing the jacket's water repellency. This construction makes the coat lightweight, flexible, and highly effective at keeping you dry.

The Moonwrap is designed to be oversized to offer you movement and flexibility while outdoors.

Yep great worked as it should. Delivered well before due date. Great thanks. Fits both me and the wife both tried out in the garden ready for open water swimming as soon as we are allowed.
So much cheaper than its rival robes. Purchased as gift and is equal to its competitors. Even though it has the wide short sleeves they hang down long, way below the elbow. It is very long, the recipient is 5ft4 and a ladies size 12. Being in a group of early cold water swimmers we all have different makes of robes and this, quite honestly is as good as the rest
I go in the sea every weekend in the winter but didnt want to spend over Ā£100 to get dry and changed. I tried this one out today and it kept me warm after a dip in the English channel in February. Possible improvement if the was a zip inside the pockets to make changing even easier. Definitely recommend for a trip to the beach in any weather :+1:

I have both a Dryrobe and a Moonwrap. I use the Dryrobe, which is a bit warmer for outdoor activities, as its pretty cold and windy where I live, and the Dryrobe is a little bit more insulated.
The Moonwrap is perfect for coming out of the pool and heading home, without needed to get changed at the gym. I stay nice and toasty and my car stays dry. I decided to get this, as I didnt want the chlorine to damage my Dryrobe.
