We can offer a refund on items returned in an unused condition with the tags intact within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be available for us to process a refund. Any items received in non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

If you have received a Frostfire item as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state this clearly when returning.

To return an item please print off and fill in the below Returns Form and send your item back to us via trackable mail or courier to:
