Zip not working

Hi there, the moon wrap is brilliant other than the fact the zip does not work. Initially the part of the zip that moves up and down would not come down. Eventually it did and I managed to zip it up. This video is of my son wearing it for the second time and is filming how once down, the zip will now not do up. He had to go to swimming with it just wrapped around him. Please can we send this back for a replacement with a zip that works as it is a very expensive product! Thank you.
